About this Event
Join us for a special morning designed to support and empower women through movement, connection and conversation, hosted by singer and presenter Fleur East.
We’ll kick things off with a guided, flexible-paced run through Shoreditch led by Tashi Skervin- Clarke where you’ll have the opportunity to try the new adidas Hyperboost Edge trainers (all running abilities welcome). Fleur will then be joined by Dr Zoe Williams, for an open conversation around female health, followed by a bespoke confidence and self-belief coaching session from Amira Mansour AKA the Communication expert.
Throughout the morning guests will be refuelled with refreshments from female-owned health brand Rawlala, and will have the opportunity to explore Kurl Kitchen products, all accompanied by a soundtrack from DJ Melody Kane, keeping the energy high from start to finish.
