Join us in the Crystal Salt Cave, drop into a deeply restorative state through guided meditation and sound healing. This Kunzite-inspired journey supports heart healing, self love, and emotional release—inviting softness, peace, and a return to the love that already lives within you.
Here we will ground & open up the space, connect you to kunzite crystal energy, relax into a cozy soft yoga bed, pillows & blankets. Relax and invite in the space for heart centered releasing, restoration, & renewal through a guided meditation. Continue to let go & wrap up in loving energy even deeper through a full sound immersion experience. This sound immersion helps to move and clear energy, re-harmonize, restore, and rebalance the energy fields and slow the brain waves & nervous system down into a deep meditative & restorative state.
Kunzite crystals will be provided for you to enhance the energy of unconditional love, compassion, & support. Previous Crystal experience is never necessary for our groups! We always prep the crystals and the space for you to just show up & experience.
