Facilitators: Claire Beerbower & Lauren DavisKundalini Yoga works with the life force energy that lives within all of us—the creative current that rests coiled at the base of the spine, waiting to be awakened. Through intentional breathwork, dynamic and still movement, mantra, and meditation, we gently ignite this inner flame and guide the energy upward through the spine, creating balance, alignment, and expanded awareness throughout the body and energy field.
This practice is both grounding and transformative. As stagnant patterns release, the nervous system is strengthened, circulation improves, and the endocrine and immune systems are activated. Over time, Kundalini increases clarity, resilience, and magnetism—helping you align more fully with your highest self while allowing what isn’t aligned to naturally fall away. Expect to leave feeling calm yet energized, steady in your center, and better equipped to meet life’s highs and lows with grace and fortitude.
We’ll close with an extended gong bath, inviting you to rest as sound vibrations wash through the body and mind. The gong guides you into deep meditative states, helping integrate the effects of the practice and clear space on a cellular level. This is a journey inward—a return to balance, vitality, and inner peace.
