✨ 𝐊𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 ✨A two-day immersion into the inner Divine Union - the sacred marriage of Shakti and Shiva within.
At the core of every living spiritual tradition lies the same mystery: the inner Divine Union. The sacred marriage. It is not something you create or earn. It is the inherent wholeness that has always been there, waiting to reveal itself.
Shaktipat means the descent of Shakti. It is grace flowing through a living lineage into a receptive vessel - not something you earn, force or perform, but something you open to.
In the Shakta tantric view, Kundalini is not an energy to be managed or a technique to be mastered. She is the Goddess herself, coiled at the root of your being - the same intelligence that breathes you, heals you and has been quietly guiding your life all along. When she awakens, she does not take you away from yourself. She rises to meet Shiva, and in their union she brings you home.
The purpose of this weekend's transmission is to hold the space for this self-organising principle of unity to be activated and revealed in you. Unity does not need to be forced or engineered. Given a held and sacred space, it organises itself.
So many of us have tried to push our process forward: one more activation, one more release, one more technique to calm a nervous system that never quite settles. This weekend offers another way. Less doing. More yielding.
What would change if you no longer had to carry your awakening - if you could let it carry you?
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐯𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐭𝐢, never two
This immersion rests in the non-dual tantra of Kashmir and the devotional heart of Shakta tantra. Here Shiva is the light of pure awareness (prakāśa), and Shakti is its living, self-knowing pulse (vimarśa, spanda). As the Saundarya Lahari teaches, Shiva without Shakti cannot even stir. Stillness and movement are one reality, seen from two sides.
So we honour both: the Mother as the force that rises, purifies and moves through the body, and the vast stillness she dissolves into. The heat, the tears, the shaking and the spontaneous movements (kriyas) are not the goal. They are her way of clearing the path. The heart of it is the sacred marriage: samāveśa, immersion in your own true nature, resting as presence.
Throughout, the body stays at the centre. Somatic grounding and Ayurvedic wisdom keep the process kind, steady and livable.
𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞
My own Kundalini process began in 2013 through Neo Tantra practice, and profoundly deepened when I met Advait Ashram, where I studied. Today I offer Shaktipat within that lineage. I am a weaver of spiritual traditions: a Shakta tantrika and devotee of the Mother, and a practitioner of shamanism all my life. What I find living at the core of every sacred container is the inner Divine Union - the sacred marriage. I also hold an energy medicine practice, read Astrology, Human Design and Gene Keys, and guide people through awakening in our Kundalini support group.
The transmission does not come from me - it moves through the lineage. What I bring is thirteen years of living this process in my own body, a deep love and reverence of every aspect of Life as sacred, and the care to hold you through what awakens.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬
• Direct transmission: a Shaktipat session each day, to awaken and gently deepen your inner process.
• Discernment in the subtle body: sensing the inherent intelligence of the kriyas and body in unison.
• Grounding in the body: somatic and Ayurvedic practices that make your body a steady home for what awakens.
• Devotion as a doorway: invocation of the Mother, so the process unfolds in relationship rather than in effort.
• The non-dual view: moving from Kundalini as an experience you have to Kundalini as the living presence of who you are.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐰𝐨-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲
Two afternoons: Saturday opens the door, and Sunday helps you settle into what has opened.
𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 - Shaktipat: Receiving the Descent (3 hours)
• Arriving in the body: somatic orienting and breath to build a steady, receptive container.
• The metaphysics of grace: why awakening is received rather than forced, and the dance of Shiva and Shakti.
• First Shaktipat transmission: initiation and opening.
• Integration: grounding the subtle body and gently sharing what moved.
𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 - The Sacred Marriage: Union and Embodied Presence (3 hours)
• Meeting what rises: purification, old contractions (samskaras), fear and surrender - and how to neither fight nor feed them.
• Second Shaktipat transmission: deepening and stabilising.
• Resting as presence: non-dual self-inquiry and the art of effortless rest.
• Closing circle: carrying Shakti home into daily life, relationships, intimacy and sexuality, with simple Ayurvedic and grounding practices for the days that follow.
𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬
• Where: NEST - InnerHealth Studio, Krukmakargatan 31, Stockholm
• When: Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November 2026, 14:00-17:00 both days
• Exchange: 1400 SEK for the full weekend (6 hours), or 750 SEK for a single day (3 hours)
The weekend is one arc, so I warmly recommend joining both days. If you can only come for one, you are still welcome - Shaktipat is given each day.
Money should never be the reason you do not receive grace. If you are deep in a demanding process and finances are tight, write to me and we will find a way together.

This weekend is for you if you feel the first stirrings of Kundalini, if you have received activations before and long for something deeper and steadier, or if you simply feel called by Shakti. No previous energy work is needed, though a foundation in meditation, yoga or somatic practice will support you.
Places are limited, so that each person can truly be met.
