A deeply restorative Kundalini Activation experience to release, reconnect and awaken your life-force energy—no experience needed.About this Event
Join Ella Love Energy for a powerful yet gentle Kundalini Activation at the beautiful House of Leyla in Gravesend, Kent.
If you’ve been feeling depleted, disconnected, emotionally stuck or simply know that something within you is ready to shift, this space is for you.
Kundalini Activation is a direct energy transmission that invites your own life-force energy to awaken and move naturally through your body. You simply lie down, close your eyes and surrender to the experience—there is nothing to force, perform or “get right.”
Every activation is different. You may experience:
• Deep relaxation and nervous-system release
• Emotional release or energetic clearing
• Spontaneous movement or physical sensations
• Greater clarity, confidence and connection
• A renewed sense of energy and aliveness
• Stillness, peace or subtle internal shifts
Some experiences are powerful and expressive; others are quiet and deeply inward. Stillness can be just as profound. Your experience will unfold in the way that is right for you.
Ella will guide you through a grounding body scan and gentle breathwork before the activation begins. You’ll then receive Kundalini energy transmission and intuitive light language alongside a carefully curated soundscape.
You do not need to be spiritual, flexible or experienced in energy work. Come exactly as you are.
