After doing Krampus privately for 12 years, we’re going public to share local art and music. It’s Saturday, December 5th in Mesa’s The Saltmine Oasis Recording Studios just south of The Nile Theater. $20. 7pm-1am. Large parking lot. The first 50 people get a candle skull that burns away to expose a dark heart ring. The next 50 get a dab vial of Krampus blood. Please bring an unopened toy to donate as is our tradition. Donations will go to The Foster Alliance where a “toy store” environment is set up for kids. Also bring one gift for the massive gift exchange at midnight right before the Krampus walk on the streets.
We have three fantastic local bands lined up. Meldamor, Thee Bad Janets, and Silent Cities. All local and rising and very talented.
Live performers include Katara, Charli Ropes with Shibari, Eva Tinklepaugh, and Trishna Murti with fire.
DJs d_void, Tammageddon, and Trypvvire with carefully curated Krampus classics.
Portraits in the Krampus throne provided by IMustBeDead who makes you look like a God. Have a look at the website for examples. Krampusnachtphoenix.com. Digital downloads available for free after the event.
Human charcuterie board. Blood cocktails.
This event is produced by Slavik and Spring of Timeless Nonsense in partnership with Tammy and Troy of Bats In The Attic.
We hope you can make it.
