Krakenfall is an interactive Daggerheart live-play adventure. The live event will held at AcadeCon as well as being live streamed at https://www.youtube.com/@InsightfulDM.
Expect high-stakes roleplay, exploration, underwater discovery, faction conflict, massive creatures, and player-driven choices. During this event, the audience will be able to interact with the adventure throughout the event. How will your choices influence the story?
What begins as a lucrative escort contract quickly becomes a fight for survival when a crew of adventurers is torn from familiar waters and cast into a world unlike anything they have ever known.
Surrounded by an endless ocean and no clear path home, the party soon discovers that this realm of water is already on the brink of war. Powerful inhabitants battle for control of the waters, ancient tensions threaten to erupt into open conflict, and the arrival of outsiders may be enough to tip the balance.
But the war is not the only danger beneath the waves.
A colossal kraken is stalking the party across this unfamiliar sea, leaving destruction in its wake and growing more dangerous with every encounter. With nowhere safe to run, the adventurers must navigate a conflict they do not fully understand, uncover the secrets of this new world, and decide who, if anyone, they are willing to trust.
Their choices may forge alliances, deepen the war, or change the fate of an entire realm. All while one question remains:
How do you get home?
