Aloha Dear Friends! Welcome to the Kowloon Mindfulness Community. Together we explore and practice mindfulness to learn how to live in the present moment. We hope to cultivate a safe and inviting space for people to try mindfulness practices such as meditation, mindful walking, and tea ceremony.We meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Meetings are in English (sorry, no Cantonese translation unless someone is willing to do so). It is free to join and donations will help us cover costs and keep it open to the public. We hope to see you there.
