For one night only, we're bringing the clang of metal spatulas to Rotigami: you've been asking for it since we opened, so here it comes, KOTTU, Sri Lanka's iconic dish, landing in Budapest!
Kottu is comforting dish made with freshly baked flatbread, chopped into small pieces and tossed together with veggies, egg, spices and a rich, saucy curry in our little show kitchen. A memorable, almost musical experience, and an authentic dish you won't find anywhere else in the country. 😎
