Glow & Grow is a series of creative, garden-inspired classes and experiences hosted at a temporary Botanica branded makerspace pop-up located at Bradley Fair Shopping Center on the east side of Wichita.From living plant art and floral workshops to family friendly seasonal make and take crafts and other hands-on experiences, Glow & Grow is all about getting creative at our makerspace, connecting with plants and people, and making something you can take home.
Kokedama – Ancient Japanese Bonsai Art Class!
Join Simple Morea Flora for a hands-on workshop where you’ll create your own living moss ball plant to take home.
You’ll learn the ancient art of Kokedama while enjoying Botanica's new pop-up makerspace location at Bradley Fair. Each participant will create a moss ball using a plant such as Hoya, Sansevieria, or Plumosa fern, depending on availability.
This workshop includes all materials and step-by-step guidance from the instructor, along with care instructions to help your new plant thrive.
