Join us EVERY Sunday for a 90 minute Heated Flow for koha entry (ie, give what you can)! Proceeds are donated to a different charitable organisation each month that's committed to supporting the wellbeing of Aotearoa.This weekly class is open to everyone, regardless of yoga experience - haere mai! BYO mat or borrow one from us. Towel hire $3 if needed, and make sure to bring a water bottle!
