Every second Monday of the month, Good Shepherd partners with Knoxville Street Medicine Outreach (KSMO) from 1 pm to 4 pm to host a medical clinic for those who are unhoused and uninsured.A physician is on site to offer free primary care services including general check-ups, high blood pressure management, sick visits, medication refills, wound care, pregnancy testing, and more.
No appointment is required, and patients are seen in order of arrival. Good Shepherd will provide food and hospitality while patients wait to be seen.
Please help to spread the word! We have informational cards available at the church that you can keep in your wallet or car to give to individuals who you may need care or know of others who do!
Good Shepherd is located on the KAT Route 22, with the nearest bus stop located in front of Central High parking lot.
