Rhee, University Distinguished Professor and Department Head of Health, Nutrition, and Exercise Sciences at North Dakota State University, will explore the growing body of research behind the "Food Is Medicine" approach. Dr. Rhee has spent more than 20 years advancing nutrition science, exercise science, athletic training, and sport management programs in higher education.
