Knife Skills Class

Learn some new tips and tricks that will have you ready to assist in your holiday cooking - or just everyday in your kitchen!
You'll learn lots of ways to chop, slice and cut ("basic vegetable fabrication" according to your Chef-Instructor)

Park at the former Winston's Restaurant lot and enter there. This is the small lot on the left as you enter the campus. And you'll be in a commercial kitchen environment, so please wear closed toed, comfortable shoes, limited jewelry, hair tied back or under a cap/hat.

Appetizers and beverages will be provided to snack on before and after class.
