Aleksandra Kryńska - skrzypce
Kamila Drabek - kontrabas
Paal Nilssen-Love - perkusja
Paal Nilssen-Love - norweski perkusista i kompozytor, jedna z najważniejszych postaci europejskiej sceny free jazzowej i muzyki improwizowanej. Współpracował m.in. z Matsem Gustafssonem, Kenem Vandermarkiem, Peterem Brötzmannem i Johnem Butcherem. Jest liderem cenionego big bandu Large Unit. Od ponad trzech dekad rozwija międzynarodową działalność artystyczną, łącząc energię free jazzu z bezkompromisową improwizacją.
Kamila Drabek jest kontrabasistką, kompozytorką i malarką, absolwentką Akademii Muzycznej w Krakowie. Prowadzi własny tercet oraz współtworzy O.N.E., pierwszy w Polsce żeński instrumentalny kwintet jazzowy. Współpracowała m.in. z Gregiem Osbym i Vistel Brothers. Jej debiutancki album Muzyka Naiwna otrzymał nominację do nagrody Fryderyk 2020 w kategorii Jazzowy Debiut Roku.
Aleksandra Kryńska - skrzypaczka klasyczna i jazzowa oraz kompozytorka, absolwentka Akademii Muzycznej w Krakowie i Uniwersytetu Muzycznego Fryderyka Chopina w Warszawie. Współpracowała m.in. z Sinfoniettą Cracovią i Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra. Uczestniczyła także w międzynarodowym projekcie „50 for the Future” realizowanym przez Kronos Quartet. Od 2023 roku tworzy duet z Piotrem Damasiewiczem.
Spotkanie Kryńskiej, Drabek i Nilssen-Love'a to konfrontacja trzech różnych doświadczeń i sposobów myślenia o muzyce. Ich wspólna improwizacja będzie przestrzenią, w której brzmienie, rytm i cisza mogą nieustannie zmieniać swoje znaczenie, a porozumienie budowane jest w czasie rzeczywistym, ponad granicami gatunków i muzycznych tradycji.

Aleksandra Kryńska - violin
Kamila Drabek - double bass
Paal Nilssen-Love - drums
A concert featuring three distinct musical personalities from Poland and Norway, operating at the intersection of jazz, improvised, and contemporary music. Violinist Aleksandra Kryńska, double bassist Kamila Drabek, and Norwegian drummer Paal Nilssen-Love will meet on one stage to create a space for spontaneous dialogue and musical exchange.
Paal Nilssen-Love is a Norwegian drummer and composer, and one of the most important figures on the European free jazz and improvised music scene. He has collaborated with artists such as Mats Gustafsson, Ken Vandermark, Peter Brötzmann, and John Butcher. He is the leader of the acclaimed big band Large Unit. For over three decades, he has been developing his international artistic career, combining the energy of free jazz with uncompromising improvisation.
Kamila Drabek is a double bassist, composer, and painter, as well as a graduate of the Academy of Music in Kraków. She leads her own trio and co-creates O.N.E., Poland's first all-female instrumental jazz quintet. She has collaborated with artists including Greg Osby and the Vistel Brothers. Her debut album "Muzyka Naiwna" received a nomination for the 2020 Fryderyk Award in the Jazz Debut of the Year category.
Aleksandra Kryńska is a classical and jazz violinist and composer, and a graduate of the Academy of Music in Kraków and the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. She has collaborated with ensembles such as Sinfonietta Cracovia and the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra. She also participated in the international "50 for the Future" project by the Kronos Quartet. Since 2023, she has formed a duo with Piotr Damasiewicz.
The meeting of Kryńska, Drabek, and Nilssen-Love is an encounter of three different experiences and ways of thinking about music. Their shared improvisation will be a space where sound, rhythm, and silence can constantly change their meaning, and where understanding is built in real-time, transcending the boundaries of genres and musical traditions.
