🧪💗 KIZ LAB Sundays — Wielkie Otwarcie!Mamy dla Was prezent! 🎁
KIZ LAB to coś więcej niż zajęcia.
To przestrzeń, w której poznajemy się, rozwijamy razem i budujemy społeczność, do której chce się wracać. ✨

🧪💗 KIZ LAB Sundays — Grand Opening!
We have a little gift for you! 🎁
To celebrate the opening of KIZ LAB, we’ve decided to gift you our very first meeting — on October 18, your entrance to both the workshop and practice is completely FREE! ✨
We want you to experience our teaching style, feel the KIZ LAB atmosphere and become part of the community we are building together.
KIZ LAB Sundays is a series of meetings for Kizomba and Urban Kiz dancers who want to develop not only figures, but above all movement quality, body awareness and musicality. 💃🧪
At every session, Ksenia or Koda will be there with you. Topics will vary from body control, isolations and musicality to connection, technique, flow and partnerwork.
After the workshop, we stay for practice — to use what we’ve learned, dance, train and enjoy time with people who share the same music and passion.
KIZ LAB is more than just classes.
It’s a space to connect, grow together and build a community you’ll want to come back to. ✨
