Come join the fun! Dreher Island State Park’s 🏝️ “Annual Boo Bash” 🎃has something for EVERYONE! 🍭 👻 Come join the FUN and pet some cute kitties while you’re there!Percy’s Angelic Cat Rescue is excited to be part of this community event again this year!
While we love bringing our adorable, adoptable cats and kittens out to meet the public, our mission goes far beyond finding furever homes! ❤️
We are also there to educate our community about responsible pet ownership, the importance of spaying and neutering, Trap Neuter Return (TNR), and how everyone can play a role in reducing the number of homeless cats and kittens.
🐱 We also want to spread awareness about our Barn Cat Placement Program! Not every cat is meant to be a cuddly indoor companion. Some cats are happiest living and working in barns, stables, farms, and other safe outdoor environments. Our barn cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and ready for a second chance in an appropriate working home!
We love answering questions, sharing resources, and helping people understand that rescue is not just about taking animals in. It is about preventing the need for rescue in the first place!
As a small, volunteer-run nonprofit, we believe education, community involvement, and compassion are some of the most powerful tools we have to make a lasting difference.
Whether you are interested in adopting, learning about TNR, providing a home for a barn cat, fostering, or simply finding out how you can help, we would love to meet you!
🐾 Together, we can make a difference, one paw at a time! ❤️
