Move through an accessible yoga practice while adoptable kittens wander, play, explore, and very likely ignore whatever pose you had planned.

Expect movement, laughter, pauses, and the occasional kitten on your mat.
What to bring
Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat and anything you normally like to have for practice.
