Join us for Kitten Chair Yoga at the Humane Society of North Central Florida! Led by Caitlyn Adams, we invite you to come and relax during our 1-hour chair yoga session surrounded by adorable, adoptable kittens.
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that uses a chair for seated poses or extra support and balance, making it a great option for older adults and those with limited mobility.
