What is the Enneagram? The Enneagram is a powerful framework for understanding ourselves more deeply. It distinguishes nine personality types, each shaped by distinct motivations, patterns, and ways of seeing the world.
More than a personality system, the Enneagram provides a profound mirror for self-reflection. It offers insight into the patterns that shape how we think, relate, and make decisions. The framework can be especially illuminating during moments of stress, strain, or transition, offering a path toward greater self-awareness, clarity, and growth
