About this Event
Join Laurie Johnson and Jacqueline Bezares, Senior Loan Originators with E Loans Mortgage Inc., for a casual homebuyer class where they’ll walk you through the process, answer your questions, and help you understand what steps you can take now to prepare for homeownership.
You’ll learn about:
- 🏡 What you need to buy a home including documents, income and the overall buying process
- 📈 How to improve your credit and what may be holding your score back
- 💰 Down payment assistance and programs that may help make buying more affordable
- 🎯 Credit score requirements for different types of mortgage programs
- 🔑 Loan options including FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional and more
- 💼 Employment history and what lenders look for when qualifying you
- 📝 Your personal plan of action so you leave knowing what your next steps should be
Not sure you're ready to buy yet? That’s okay. You don’t have to walk in pre-approved or have perfect credit. The whole point is to find out where you stand and what you can do next.
