Through call-and-response chanting, we repeat sacred Sanskrit mantras, allowing the mind to become quiet and the heart to open.
You don’t need to know how to sing or understand Sanskrit. Just bring your beautiful self and allow the music to carry you.
Kirtan is a form of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of love and devotion. ❤️
