Kintsugi Workshop - Healing Broken Hearts
Join Hannah for a gentle hands-on workshop where we'll dive into the beautiful art of Kintsugi, the Japanese practice of fixing broken pottery with gold, symbolizing healing and embracing imperfections.
In this 90‑minute workshop, you’ll break and lovingly repair a ceramic heart, tracing its cracks with shimmering gold lacquer, then paint a second heart as a symbol of creative renewal, and finally ending with a short private journalling exercise.
Held in Jennifer Green's calming wellness studio, this guided experience invites reflection on resilience, imperfection, and the beauty of repair both in ceramic and in ourselves. Participants will leave with two keepsake hearts and a deeper sense of connection to their own healing story.
You will be invited to share your story while we work on our kintsugi pieces, no one has to share anything and partcipants will be expected to respect the privacy of all.
The workshop will end with a short ritual and meditation to send you into the world with renewed strength, even in the places you felt broken.
