Kindness Unleashed: A Day of Adoptions, Education & Family Fun!
Looking for your new best friend? Longmont Humane Society and Brotherbird Foundation are partnering together for Kindness Unleashed, a free, family-friendly event highlighting animal adoption, education, and the incredible bond we share with our pets!
Meet and take home adoptable dogs or cats, and start a connection that will change both of your lives. Thanks to Brotherbird Foundation, $150 will be taken off the adoption fee for every animal adopted at the event!
There's plenty to explore beyond the adoption floor, too! Kids of all ages can get hands-on with animal education through interactive activities, including grooming demonstrations where they can try their hand at helping animals look and feel their best. They'll also learn how to read animal body language, discover what our pets are communicating, and explore fun ways to better understand and care for the animals in their lives. With plenty of opportunities to participate, learn something new, and get creative, there's no shortage of fun for curious animal lovers!
Enjoy live entertainment from Mountain Duo, grab some food, get your face painted, and take part in a day full of learning, laughter, and kindness toward animals.
