Kindful Club Yoga & Sound Bath Special: Aromatherapy

This workshop is designed as a journey into embodied presence and connection.

We’ll begin with a guided aromatherapy ritual, where you’ll be invited to create your own personalised oil blend, a sensory way to arrive, set intention and attune to what you need.

From there, we’ll move into a Yang to Yin yoga practice, travelling from dynamic flow into slower, deeper postures to release tension and settle the nervous system.

We’ll close with a 30-minute immersive sound bath to support deep rest, integration and heart-led connection.
