New for 2026! The first Christmas Market Tractor RunAt 6pm, starting at the West end of the High Street, decorated tractors will make their way through the village to Hitchin Road as lights gets switched on when the first vehicle passes. They will make a loop around a private track and return to park outside the school at around 7pm. We are indebted to our local farmers for their support with this new venture. Live music – our gorgeous and talented Ellie Smith and Tim Randall will kick off our live music program at 7pm in the Kimpton Bandstand at Kimpton School.
Food – We’re delighted to support Rainbows, Brownies and Guides fund raising as they provide hot potatoes with various fillings, loaded nachos and luxury hot chocolate (with a dash of Baileys if requested!). A firm village favourite of Dan’s Pizza will also be joining us.
Bar - It’s Five O’clock Somewhere will be serving craft beers, lager, white and red wine, soft drinks and our traditional offering of mulled wine.
Theme - ‘a touch of red’. Everyone is encouraged to join in the fun by adding a touch of red to your outfit. Think Rudolph’s nose, a scarf, Christmas hat….. or go the whole hog with a fabulous festive costume!
