To celebrate the National Kimchi Day ( November 22, 2026), come and join me in making kimchi ( Kimjang) in the spirit of sharing the joy of Kimjang. It will be a hands on experience, learn all about the process of preparation and fermentation of kimchi and much more.
You will be taking home the kimchi you've made.
Second part of the workshop is cooking with Kimchi. We will be making Korean Kimchi Mandoo ( Dumplings).
What to bring: Your favorite cutting knife & Large Container for kimchi.
All complete ingredients will be supplied for each person.

Ce sera un atelier pratique où vous découvrirez tout sur la préparation et la fermentation du kimchi, et bien plus encore.
Vous repartirez avec votre propre kimchi.
La deuxième partie de l'atelier sera consacrée à la cuisine du kimchi. Nous préparerons des kimchi mandoo (raviolis coréens).
À apporter : votre couteau préféré et un grand récipient pour le kimchi.
Tous les ingrédients seront fournis.
