Join Jade Skinner for a fun and educational workshop on the art of making kimchi. Rooted in Korean tradition and echoed across many cultures, kimchi teaches us the beauty of fermentation and its probiotic, gut-supportive benefits. Participants will learn the basics of salting and seasoning and leave with their own homemade jar.For this session, we will be making a traditional kimchi with napa cabbage and carrots, as well as a water kimchi featuring daikon, carrots, garlic, ginger, asian pear and chili peppers (serrano, jalapeno, or fresno).
Please bring 2 - 12 oz canning jars to take home your KImchi!
Please note: There will be no virtual option for this class.
