Join Peace Out Ski Club for a weekend at Killington featuring Winter Gauntlet, our original game-show-inspired ski and snowboard competitions, plus a private hot tub, ski-house dinners and a small group of solo skiers/boarders.
About Winter Gauntlet; The competitions are designed to be for a variety of ability levels across the entire mountain + also take place during ski house hang time. They're designed to get us exploring the mountain, trying fun challenges and chilling out with some new friends. We're here to have fun above all else, and almost everyone comes solo to meet new people.
Your ticket includes:
- 2 nights lodging [Friday & Saturday night] at a spacious, luxury-rustic ski house < 30 minutes from Killington. Everyone will have their own bed; please note if you get a shared room, we will try our best to match roommates based on gender but cannot guarantee this due to group composition. If you aren't okay with this, please book a private room at checkout.
- A private hot tub just for us at the ski house, plus multiple bathrooms to share
- our Gauntlet games, matching you with a small team to play with, as well as a cute ceremony with mini-prizes for the top winners at the end of the trip.
- We'll be using a mobile website to guide our challenges during the day, but we definitely won't be on our phones all day - website use will be minimal, and our entire day will be spent skiing/riding. Games are optional; play them as much or as little as you want! No need to stay with your team all day; ski with whoever you want!
- Breakfast Saturday & Sunday at the ski house + Chairlift Charcuterie: Ski Sandwich Kits to make your own unique lunch for mountain days!
- Dinner on Friday night; we will be doing a create-your-own Gauntlet cooking competition with surprise ingredients!
- Gladiator themed yoga & hot tub meditation to recover after the slopes on Saturday night!
- This trip has room for 8 people max; grab your preferred room type before it runs out!
Lift tickets are NOT included and will need to be purchased directly through the mountain if you don't have the Ikon or Killington pass. Any food/drinks that are not already listed above, are also not included.
While the Gauntlet games are super laid-back & designed for a variety of abilities, we ask that at a minimum, you be able to ride/get off a chairlift and confidently do a green trail.
Optional group carpool from Boston [write in your driver/rider/location preferences at checkout and we'll do our best to match you up with a carpool! Most members live in greater Boston, but we'll try to connect you to any nearby participants if you're outside of the area as well ie NH]. Most people tend to take a half day off and leave Boston around 2 or 3pm, but we leave each car's schedule to the driver [be flexible if you want a ride!] Otherwise, we will see you at the mountain!
Age Range?
Our trips typically get a lot of people in their 30s/40s, but any adults are welcome! We are unable to accommodate children/minors under 18.
