OCTOBER 2ND Our first monthly Kids yoga begins lead and we couldn't be more excited. Kick start the weekend with connection after a busy week at school. Kids are developing their sense of self during the week at school, processing so much.
As adults we choose to come to yoga because we know it's important for our own connection to our sense of self. We get to give our kids this opportunity to discover how great it feels too.
