Kids Yoga Series – October EditionJoin Elizabeth McCranie and Saven Morris for a playful and engaging Kids Yoga Series this October! Designed for ages 6–12, these Wednesday afternoon classes combine movement, mindfulness, and fun to help your little yogi build strength, focus, and confidence.
🗓 When: Wednesdays in October | 3:00-3:45 PM
💲 Cost: $15 drop-in per kiddo
👧👦 Who: Ages ~6–12 (If your child falls outside this range, email us at [email protected] to discuss.)
📍 What to Bring: Yoga mat & water bottle
🚫 Caregivers do not stay
Each week will bring new games, poses, and mindful moments—plus on our final class, Wednesday, October 29th, we’ll have a Halloween-themed yoga party where everyone dresses up! 🎃✨
