Suited to kids in school years 4-7. We will run a rotation of activities involving swim, bike and run based on similar abilities and finish with some race simulation activities. Unfortunately we can't cater for really young kids at the moment, however if you have a child in year 3 who is competent to swim and bike safely they are welcome, likewise if you child is a little older then a year 7 kids and keen to be involved they are welcome. For parents, this is not a drop and go situation, as we are training at the Dam I will need to designate some jobs e.g. safety marshal for when we run a simulation race, jumping in the water to keep an eye on kids in open water (we will be staying near the edge). We also require your child to have Tri Australia insurance, this can include a short trial insurance such as the 21 day trial which is free or the 8 week trial which is only $35 available at https://www.triathlon.org.au/trial/ There is no other costs for this training.
