Celebrate the last day of school with a joyful 1.5-hour experience designed to help kids move, regulate, connect, create, and celebrate the start of summer vacation!In this fun and relaxing class, children will be guided through playful, kid-friendly yoga and mindfulness activities that support body awareness, emotional regulation, and calm energy. Through movement, breath, and simple grounding exercises, participants will learn tools to help their bodies feel steady, centered, and ready for summer fun.
This special celebration also includes creative hands-on activities:
🌼 Sunshine Summer Goal Jar
Kids will design and decorate their own “Sunshine Jar” filled with summer intentions, goals, and wishes. They’ll reflect on what they want to experience, feel, and explore over the summer months in a fun and creative way.
🍫 DIY S’mores Cup Treat
To celebrate the end of the school year, kids will make their own delicious DIY s’mores cup—a sweet, hands-on treat to enjoy together as part of our celebration of growth and accomplishment.
Throughout the session, children will be invited to:
Move through playful yoga flows
Practice calming mindfulness and breathing
Connect with peers in a positive, supportive space
Create meaningful summer crafts
Reflect, set intentions, and celebrate their achievements
This class is a warm, uplifting send-off into summer designed to help children leave the school year feeling proud, regulated, connected, and excited for what’s ahead.
