Youth Drama & Improv OFF THE TOP OF YOUR HEADJeanne Beechwood

$15 per class, this is a 10-week class
This unique theatrical program shares the joy of improv. Through 'edutainment" these students create characters, scenes, and laughter with all sorts of silly props and costume pieces. Learn teamwork and listening skills. Build confidence getting up in front of others. Meet new friends and learn the success of being silly as you think OFF THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD. This class is a one-hour improv class best suited for ages 6 to 15.
Dr. Jeanne Beechwood has worked as a professional actress, director, choreographer, playwright, and teaching artist for over 50 years. She continues her non-profit theatre, The Martin City Melodrama, now in its 42nd season. She has worked all over the US in theatre, specializing in original works. Her mission since 2014 includes offering theatrical opportunities to uniquely abled actors of all abilities and ages and senior rescue dogs in original theatrical productions. Recently, she received her PhD in fine arts from Kennedy University. Her motto is make the invisible/VISIBLE.
