About the instructor: Christin Guthrie Smiertka
Christin is a pet portrait artist who loves painting and drawing, and especially loves helping kids discover their creativity through art. A lifelong creative, Christin is originally from Virginia, and has a degree in Art History. She has called Delaware home for over 10 years, and also runs her own Etsy shop. Christin's classes are fun, encouraging, and sometimes messy! Her background as a paraprofessional inspired her love of working with kids, and she wants every artist to feel confident.
This organization is supported, in part, by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts. The Division promotes Delaware arts events on DelawareScene.com
