A monthly programme helping children grow calm, kind and confident through meditation, stories and creative play.For our Spring and Summer programme of classes we will use themes related to nature that help children understand how to grow their our happiness, and blossom into confident, happy children.
Jun 27: The Beautiful call of Wild Geese – Practicing gratitude & appreciation
Each 75 minute session includes:
• A short guided meditation for children
• A child-friendly talk or story
• Discussion and reflection
• Games and activities to reinforce the theme
• A creative craft project to take home
• Time for snack and friendship
Practical Info:
Suitable for P1 – P7 ages (5-11 years old)
• It is possible to attend individual classes in the series.
• A parent or guardian must accompany the children at all times, and they are welcome to join in with the meditations and activities.
• No previous experience required
