This is a live panel discussion, not a lecture. Four mums with very different backgrounds will share honest, lived experience and practical perspective, followed by open conversation with the room.
Meet the panel:
Gemma Dean (@resetwithgemma), wellbeing coach and parental burnout specialist, supports parents through overwhelm with coaching, nervous system regulation and practical tools.
Hannah Douglas (@loudhervoicecoaching), actress and founder of LoudHer Voice Coaching, helps women reconnect with their natural voice, confidence and presence.
Kaydee (@homebody.archive), researcher and storyteller, explores breath, lived experience and the stories held in everyday life.
Sima Rahman-Huang (@artistsapothecary), artist and founder of Artists' Apothecary, brings art, wellbeing and community together through creative workshops and events.
