For more than 10 years, Rising Star has been one of Estonia’s most beloved acrobatic gymnastics competitions, bringing together hundreds of gymnasts, coaches, judges, and supporters each year.
While the competition has traditionally been organized as a national event, we have welcomed participants from several countries over the years. In 2027, we are taking the next step and officially opening KIAC Rising Star to a larger international audience than ever before.
Our vision is simple: to create an unforgettable international competition where gymnasts are the true stars of the show.

More Than Just a Competition
At KIAC Rising Star, we believe that a great competition is about much more than rankings and medals.
Our biggest investment is not only in the competition itself but in creating an atmosphere that gymnasts will remember long after the weekend is over.
Participants can expect:
✨ Professional lighting and special effects
✨ Athlete-focused presentations
✨ Spectacular venue decoration
✨ Exciting competition atmosphere
✨ Opening ceremonies and entertainment
✨ Large and enthusiastic audience
✨ Saturday evening disco and social event
✨ A memorable international experience with gymnasts from across Europe and beyond
Our goal is to make every gymnast feel like they are performing on a major international stage.

Free Live Coverage for Families and Supporters
We know that not every family member, friend, or supporter can travel to Estonia to watch the competition in person.
That is why KIAC Rising Star provides free live coverage of the entire competition.
Families, friends, and supporters from anywhere in the world will be able to follow performances, celebrate achievements, and experience the excitement of the competition in real time.
We want every athlete to feel supported, whether their loved ones are sitting in the arena or watching from the other side of the world.
Because great performances deserve a great audience—no matter the distance.
⸻
Handstand Blocks Challenge
In addition to the acrobatic gymnastics competition, participants can also take part in our popular Handstand Blocks Challenge, inspired by the successful Finnish handstand development system.
Gymnasts can compete in:
🔹 Level 1
🔹 Level 2
🔹 Level 3
🔹 Level 4
Participation is available to athletes already registered for the competition.
The Handstand Blocks Challenge gives gymnasts an additional opportunity to demonstrate their skills, challenge themselves, and perhaps discover a new area in which they can shine.

Professional Competition Standards
The competition will feature experienced international judges, including FIG judges, ensuring a professional and fair competition environment.
Our commitment is to provide:

⸻
International Participation
To ensure a truly international event, the number of international entries will be limited.
Our priority is to welcome teams from as many different countries as possible and create a diverse international field of competitors. For this reason, we may prioritize participation from countries not yet represented rather than accepting a large number of delegations from the same country.
