About the Event
Homeownership comes with many questions, and knowing whom to ask can be a challenge. This interactive conversation brings together homeownership professionals with different perspectives to help women understand the people, resources, and decisions that can support sustainable homeownership and long-term wealth. Expect expert insight, guided discussion, and time for participant questions and answers—not a traditional workshop.
The event is part of NCBW Phoenix Metropolitan Chapter’s Homeownership Journey: Dismantling Barriers, One at a Time, a connected series designed to help women navigate the barriers between where they are today and sustainable ownership.
What We’ll Explore
- Homeownership as a pathway to building wealth
- Who should be on your homebuying team
- Financial and lending resources that may support your journey
- Questions to ask before major homebuying decisions
- How to identify your next move based on where you are today
Who Should Attend
This event is for women considering homeownership and unsure where to begin, preparing to buy, working through financial, credit, or financing barriers, seeking trusted professionals and resources, or interested in homeownership as part of a broader wealth-building strategy. You do not need to have attended the first Homeownership Journey session to participate.
