About this Event
On Sunday evenings from 5–6pm, we gather in a circle of honesty, tenderness, and radical self-compassion. This ketamine and mindfulness peer support group is a space to land gently after medicine work—to share, listen, and practice mindfulness together as we integrate what the heart and nervous system are learning.
Guided by the spirit of the one who refuses shame and returns again and again to embodied truth—we come together not to fix ourselves, but to remember our inherent worth and practice kindness toward the messy, sacred experience of being human.
