Walter Salas-Humara (The Silo's)

A Cuban-American whose parents fled Castro’s Havana with him still in the womb, Walter Salas-Humara was raised bilingual just across the Florida Straits in Fort Lauderdale. College at University of Florida in Gainesville and a residency with the Vulgar Boatmen left him with a lifelong habit of Mudcrutch/Tom Petty-style crunchy guitar riffs. Chasing the punk prairie fire to New York just in time to sift through the ashes, he formed The Silos in 1985 with guitarist Bob Rupe and violinist Mary Rowell, plugging the main cable of American rock idiom into the jerry-rigged soundboard of Velvets-era feral experimentalism. The unlikely result, as evidenced by About Her Steps(1986), the seminal Cuba (1987) and their RCA debut The Silos (i.e., The One with the Bird on the Cover, 1990) was a loose-limbed conceptual country-rock that in turn influenced (if not outright inspired) the alt-country No Depression movement just around the corner. The band was voted Best New American Band in Rolling Stone Magazine's Critics' Poll of 1987 and appeared on Late Night with David Letterman in 1990.

Ken Newman

Ken Newman is a San Francisco-based Singer/Songwriter. In addition to performing in a rock duo with his drummer, David Rabkin, Ken does solo acoustic shows throughout Northern California. His album, “What Am I Afraid Of?” produced by Scott Mickelson, was released in the Spring of ’22. The music video of the title track has been awarded at over 15 International Film Festivals.

Ken also executive produced and was a contributing artist on a compilation album, “Blanket The Homeless.” Also produced by Scott Mickelson, this double LP, features 15 different artists, (3-time Grammy Award winner, Fantastic Negrito, Brothers Comatose, Whiskerman, John Craigie, Con Brio, Mickelson, Marty O’Reilly, Rainbow Girls, The Stone Foxes, Goodnight Texas, Ken Newman, King Dream, Tobias The Owl, Coffis Brothers, Tim Bluhm), all of whom donated their time and talent to help support Ken’s homeless outreach organization, “Blanket The Homeless.” All sales of this album benefit his charity, as well.

Billy Cramer (Ride The Blinds)

Billy began performing live in 2003 as a founding member of the critically acclaimed San Francisco power trio Ride the Blinds (@Instagram) - a heavy blues band that was compared in the press to groups like Cream, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones and Grand Funk Railroad.

Their self-titled debut album enjoyed radio play across the country and led to west coast and national tours. One noteworthy fan of Ride the Blinds was punk rock pioneer Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols, who championed them on his popular radio show “Jonesy’s Jukebox” on Indie 103.1 in Los Angeles. Their music has been featured in television programs on HBO, MTV, VH1 and several other cable networks in the United States and across the world.

Ride the Blinds had a two album, six year initial run and earned a reputation for their trademark and explosive live performances. Artists like the Mother Hips, Dickie Peterson (Blue Cheer), Marc Ford (The Black Crowes), Galactic and others invited them to join many memorable gigs. Billy has since worked with several other groups: Nicki Bluhm and the Gramblers, The Titan Ups, Harold Ray Live in Concert, Scary Little Friends, Strangefeather and a host of other Bay Area bands and solo artists. In this capacity, he has shared bills with Ronnie Spector, Phil Lesh, Chuck Prophet, The English Beat, The James Hunter Six, and many more.

In 2012, he stepped out front to lead his own group called “Billy Cramer and Share the Land” which was a power pop/pub rock band he named after a favorite song. This group recorded a seven inch single and gigged throughout Northern California.

"Baileyana" - his first solo album - is available on Bandcamp. In addition to playing with RTB, he’s assembling his next solo album, playing bass for Chris Guthridge, & writing music for a collaborative EP with poet Aaron Schafer.

CX Hall

CX Hall is a multi-instrumentalist, marine biologist, & zine creator, who no longer lives in a van and will release their first single titled 'Track Suits' in August 2022. This is their single debut party. Get here early and say "I was there when"!
