About this Event
During this hands-on workshop, join metalsmith Melissa Montague as she guides you through all the techniques you need to need to create your own beautiful bowl to take away.
You'll work with aluminium and copper and learn how to texture sheet metal using hammers and punches to create your own, unique vessel.
No prior experience needed and all materials will be provided.
The bowls are approx. 58mm when finished.

Melissa Montague is a metalsmith whose practice explores traditional silversmithing techniques such as hammer raising and forging. Predominantly working with silver, copper and brass Melissa creates vessel forms and spoons, which question the boundaries between function and sculpture.
