Meet your hosts
Tim Deverell is an NDIS participant, thalidomide survivor, registered NDIS provider and Director of Myndie Care. Bringing extensive lived experience of disability alongside his knowledge of the NDIS system, Tim offers a valuable perspective on navigating the sector and preparing for change.
He is also a direct advisor to the NDIS, and shares great insight into the back-end of the NDIS.

Marisol Galleguillos is the General Manager of Myndie Care and Founder of the ISW Collective. Marisol is leading the Collective's national expansion, bringing independent support workers together through a model designed to support worker autonomy, continuity of care and more inclusive, culturally safe support.
