Join the Collective and embroiderer Arjunan to turn your old worn-out clothes into works of sustainable artwork.
About this Event

Did you know every Londoner throws out 44 items of clothing each year on average, which adds up to a collective 142,000 tonnes 😬. Have you got a pile of old clothes that have holes, stains you can’t get out, or are just a bit boring? Don’t throw them away, upcycle them!💪🌍

We’re teaming up with embroider Arjunan to show you how to take your old clothes from boring to beautiful using embroidery!

🌟Meet our workshop leader🌟

Arjunan

While I was at university, I realised that I was spending too much on fast fashion and accumulating clothes I didn’t really want to wear. So, I wanted something beginner friendly with lots of creative potential that could make my old clothes more interesting. What began as personal projects and gifts for loved ones has become a small business that lets me turn simple threads into something lasting.
