About MAKÜ:
MAKÜ launched its first limited edition slipper batches in Spring’21 – all made form leather industry discards. MAKÜ are now established as a sustainable supplier of unique, colourful (and often metallic!) handmade slippers. Our range of products has grown to include gilets, bags, accessories, throws and more.Everything MAKÜ creates is designed to make use of pre-consumer waste such as sheepskin and leather offcuts, seconds and surplus stock.

About the DEPO:
The DEPO is MAKU’s workspace. We have kept the front of house area as a flexible space for a range of sustainability-concious activities. In the 3+ years since we moved in, the DEPO has hosted art clubs, sewing classes, creative workshops, pop-ups and exhibitions.
