Firstly, I want to acknowledge you for arriving here.

A new journey is about to begin. We meet at 7pm at Covent Garden in West End, and we go for about 2 hours. The destination is a place that has been hidden from your view, but you know it exists. My name is Vince, and I am your guide. I lead the way, walking with you every step to discover parts of yourself that hold the key for you to take action in your life on what matters.

You will leave with clarity, what is true for you, and tools that you can use. The pace of the journey is like walking, we are reflective, and conversational. The more you share with me and are willing to participate, the more that is made available.

If you have something to share about yourself such as: something that happened, something that comes to mind often, intrusive-like thoughts, or labels you have taken on, it is all welcome to be shared.

What is made available to you are new possibilties free from the past.

The Keep Moving Forward event / journey runs fortnightly, with the intention to build a community of like-minded people who value personal growth, seek clarity, feel stuck or weighed down by old stories, and are ready for empowering meaning and momentum in their life.
