Welcome to my NEW weekly Keep Fit class on the sandy shores of Sobo this summer ☀️ I’m so excited to be partnering with Sobo Beach and joining their wonderful Sobo Wellness Community 💃✨Join us every Saturday at 10am for a 45-minute feel-good, 80’s-inspired workout on the sand, with beautiful ocean views and an optional dip in the water after, what’s not to love! 💙
