About this Event
Cybersecurity for Small Businesses During Major Events
Cyber attackers typically target three things: your data, your money, and your reputation—and activity often increases in cities hosting large global events. This beginner-friendly session will show small business owners how to recognize common cyber threats and implement simple protections as Kansas City welcomes visitors from around the world.
The training also addresses the elevated cyber risks that often accompany large international events — including increased phishing attempts, payment fraud, data breaches, and operational disruptions.
No technical background required — just actionable steps to help your business operate confidently and securely as Kansas City steps onto the global stage.
