For more than 20 years, the Brazos River Rotary Club has been a dedicated friend and supporter of Brookwood. In 2025, the club merged with the Rotary Club of Cinco Ranch, bringing together two service-minded organizations committed to strengthening the greater Katy, Fulshear, and West Houston communities. Before the merger, the Rotary Club of Cinco Ranch had hosted the annual Katy Wine Fest since 2006. Since 2013, proceeds from the Katy Wine Fest have helped support the Brookwood Center for Learning. Through this beloved annual fundraiser, these generous Rotary members have raised more than $280,000 to advance the Center’s mission. What began as a twice-annual conference has grown into a global calling—providing education, mentorship, and practical tools that help organizations create communities rooted in dignity, purpose, and belonging for adults with disabilities through The Brookwood Way®.
