Katie’s Emerald Ball is one of those nights.
At just 31 years old, Katie Shepherd is facing the fight of her life after being diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer.
But Katie isn’t facing this fight alone. Behind her stands an incredible army of family, friends and supporters, all determined to give her the very best chance possible.
Katie has been accepted for specialist immunotherapy treatment in Germany, offering hope at a time when hope means absolutely everything.
